Where is Alora located?
You'll find Alora at 203 N Main St in downtown Colfax.
Enter through the front door on Main Street, then head upstairs to our cozy loft studio. We promise the climb is worth it.
Why Alora?

I'm nervous about coming alone.
You're not alone! Many of our members came to their very first class without knowing anyone. Alora is built on community, and we can't wait to welcome you.
What is Founding Member membership?
Founding Members receive exclusive introductory pricing that's locked in for as long as they keep their membership active. Once canceled, the rate cannot be reinstated.
Do memberships automatically renew?
Yes. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. You're free to manage your membership through your online account.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! We understand life happens. Contact us, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
What happens if class is full?
Join the waitlist! If a spot opens, you'll automatically be added to class and notified.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit or incurring a late cancellation fee. This helps make room for members on the waitlist.
Is Pilates only for women?
Not at all! Pilates is for everyone. Men, women, teens, older adults, athletes, and beginners can all benefit from Pilates.
What if I have an injury?
Please let your instructor know before class. We'll offer modifications whenever possible. If you have a recent injury or medical condition, check with your healthcare provider before participating.
How often should I take classes?
For best results, we recommend attending 2-4 classes each week. Consistency is what creates lasting strength and progress.
Is Pilates good beginners?
Yes! Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise for beginners because movements can be modified for every fitness level.
Is Pilates a good workout?
Absolutely! Mat Pilates builds strength, improves flexibility, enhances posture, increases core stability, and leaves you feeling energized without being hard on your joints.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class so we can get you checked in, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable before class begins.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability, but regular socks or bare feet are welcome unless otherwise noted.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and a water bottle! We'll provide all the equipment needed for class, including mats, weights, balls and blocks.
Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all! Alora is beginner-friendly. Whether it's your first class or you've been practicing for years, every workout can be modified to meet you where you are.
